Procedure

• Application form
• Self attested copy of occupation certificate issued.
• Certificate from a plumber registered with the Authority.
• Demand Draft towards road cutting charges, if any.

• In case of an unauthorized sewer connection, additional compounding fee shall be applicable.

Time limit: – 05 working days from the date of receipt of application.

NOTE:It would be preferred to print on A4 sheet.
